a few comments on demo site

Hi,

I've installed latest version of a demo site to: http://demo.djwarehouse.org

but I have found a few small issues with it:

1. At /shipment/select/xx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx/ - missing CURRENCY symbols

2. At /payment/credit-card/form/xx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx/ - at the bottom, the design of the block is not match design of the site.

3. /account/orders/ missing currency symbols

4. /orders/detail/HM-5372-5059-8887/ - design issues
