Windows demo store installation

2 step - license and install.

Include python (python-dateutil, Element Tree, PIL), django, and demo.djwarehouse.org At finish installation create shortcut on Desktop for runserver.

2 problem: - some mistakes in djw/custom. Don't work "My Basket"(cart). Not work some link (only in Win) - some problem with GeoIP
